The V-RAC system features a compact assembly cell for the fully automated production of small and medium volumes of insulin pens and auto-injectors. A robotic arm simulates real-world processes, including picking devices from a tray and maneuvering them through multiple axes. This vision–control module enables the robot to accurately handle various drug-delivery devices, setting new standards for efficiency and precision in assembly lines.
