Ai Pioneer Haber Secures 44M Investment To Revolutionize Automation Globally

Pune-based AI startup Haber has raised $44 million in a Series C funding round led by Creaegis, BEENEXT, and Accel. The AI powerhouse aims to accelerate the adoption of real-time, AI-powered automation across key industries worldwide.

Co-founded by Vipin Raghavan, Priya Venkat, and Arjunan P.N. in 2017, Haber has already made a name for itself as a go-to solution for optimizing plant efficiency and enhancing output. With over 100 clients across India, the Middle East, and Africa, the startup is now poised to take its expertise to new heights with this fresh capital injection.

The investment will enable Haber to diversify its portfolio and expand its presence in the Americas, where it plans to tap into growing demand for AI-led industrial automation. The market, valued at $17.3 billion in 2023, is expected to skyrocket to $65 billion by 2031, driven by increasing adoption across various sectors.

Haber’s AI and IoT-based service focuses on converting data into actionable intelligence, empowering industries to predict outcomes in real-time while reducing reliance on manual data collection and analysis. The startup’s Elixa.ai dashboard provides a web portal for users to track real-time data from various plant processes using intuitive charts and a KPI matrix. This platform also offers remote control of dosing operations, enabling customers to manage plant functions from anywhere globally.

Pulp and paper manufacturing companies, for instance, have seen significant benefits from Haber’s automation solution, with some reporting a 2% increase in production and a 20% reduction in chemical consumption. In the food and beverage industry, Haber’s solutions address water treatment needs and identify trends and dependencies within and between plants.

As AI-led industrial automation continues to gain momentum, Haber is well-positioned to capitalize on this trend. The startup’s commitment to innovation and its focus on real-world problems make it an exciting player in the rapidly evolving AI landscape. With its fresh funding, Haber plans to drive growth and expansion, solidifying its position as a leader in the Indian AI startup scene.

Haber’s success story serves as a testament to the potential of Indian startups to make a global impact. The country’s continued investment in emerging technologies like AI will likely lead to more innovative solutions emerging from the Indian ecosystem, driving growth and transformation across various industries worldwide.
