On June 26, 2026, Loongson Technology announced its new 16-core server processor, the Loongson 3C3000. This groundbreaking chip is designed for small- and medium-sized business workloads, including file, database, web, and business process servers.
The Loongson 3C3000 features a general-purpose computing performance comparable to the company’s higher-end 3C6000 server lineup, suggesting it is well-suited for a wide range of workloads.
